He is also survived by his 2 grandchildren Jessica and Alex. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Francis and Mary McCaffery Flemming and brother of the late Francis Flemming.
Bill grew up in Philadelphia and was a 1977 graduate of Interboro High School. He attended Albright College where he received a degree in Business Management. He started with PECO in 1981 rising to the position of Fleet Manager. Following his 29 year career at PECO he moved to Asplundh Tree Expert Company in 2010 where he served as their Director of the Utilicon Fleet. When he was not working, which was rare, Bill enjoyed golfing with his friends and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
