Daniel A. Kline II, of Washington Crossing, passed away on June 2, 2013 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 82.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Captain Edward C. and Charlotte Giberson Kline. Dan was the beloved husband of 50 years to Kay Springer Kline.

Dan was a graduate of Abington High School. He attended Dickenson College, and graduated from Temple University. Dan was employed by such companies as Macys, Strawbridges, and Peebles in clothing retail. He was an usher and member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Jenkintown for over 50 years.

Dan was a history buff. He was an avid reader, and especially enjoyed military history. He was a member of the U.S. Navy Memorial and the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association.

In addition to his wife, Dan is survived by his children: Judith L. Brennan, wife of Timothy of Washington Crossing, and Daniel A. Kline III, husband of Julie of Doylestown; his siblings: Audrey Conant of Cape May, NJ and Captain Edward C. Kline, Jr., husband of Gini of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren: Emma and Patrick Brennan and Shawn and Paul Detweiler; and his great granddaughters: Jocelyn and Kaitlyn.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until his Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954.

Interment will be private.
