Esther C. Lutze Maloney of Churchville died on June 10, 2013 at Doylestown Hospital after a brief illness. She was 83.

She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Maloney. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Alice Bergen Lutze.

Esther was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a skilled seamstress who also enjoyed ceramics, crafting and an occasional game of chance in Atlantic City. She was a former volunteer in the adult literacy program, VITA.

Esther is survived by her beloved children and their spouses, James R. and Marylee Maloney, Patrice and Robert Sica, and Keith and Michelle Maloney. She is also survived by her six loving grandchildren, Katherine Ann and James Maloney, Robert and Anastasia Sica, and Carly and Riley Maloney, and her sister Helen (Gene) Salvatore of Secaucus, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday evening June 14, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd.(at Holland Rd. ) Richboro, and on Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Rd. Richboro, PA 18954 from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass at 11:00am .

Interment is at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.

Contributions in Esther’s memory may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Church Memorial Fund at the above address.
