Harry C. Berry
Harry C. Berry died July 4, 2013 at the age of 96 at Crestview nursing home in Langhorne, Pennsylvania after a short illness. Over the course of his lifetime, Harry lived in Philadelphia, Bristol, and most recently in Newtown, PA. at Friends Village. He graduated from Bristol High School in 1935 and went on to work as a chemist for Rohm and Haas for over 40 years at the Bristol, Bridesburg, and Spring House facilities. After his retirement he became a bus driver for special needs children for the Bristol Township school system.
Harry was an avid sports fan and golfer and played many of the regional golf courses. He also loved playing cards with friends and family. Harry was a former member of both the Moose and Elks clubs, Bristol Pennsylvania chapters.
Predeceasing Harry are his first wife Mary and sons Douglas and Michael. He is survived by his beloved wife Edith, his daughter Nancy Kryven (Stephen), and granddaughter Ariana Riegen (Robert). Also surviving are his step-children Joe, Karen, Janet, and Cindi, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private.
