William Ingram
William E. Ingram of Holland, PA died peacefully on Thursday, July 11, 2013, at his residence with his wife by his side. He was 72.
He was the beloved husband of Suzanne M. Klug Ingram for 20 years.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late William J. and Evelyn Knorr Ingram.
Mr. Ingram, affectionately known as “Mr. Fun”, was a resident of Holland for the past 20 years. For over 30 years, he was employed as a dispatcher for Philadelphia Gas Works until his retirement in 2000. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed working on all types of home improvements. He was a true animal lover who was especially devoted to his pet dogs.
He will be sadly missed as a loving husband, father, brother, and friend to all who knew him.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his two children, Laura Schmidt and William M. Ingram, his two step-children, Charlene E. Howard and Thomas W. Howard, and his sister, Evelyn Ryan.
Services and interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Bucks County SPCA, P.O. Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
