Stephanie A. Gorski Lingman, of Langhorne formerly of Penns Park died on Friday, July 12, 2013, at Chandler Hall Hospice with her loving and caring family by her side. She was 92.
Born in Bensalem, she was the beloved wife of the late Albert A. Lingman and daughter of the late Walter and Maryann Porowski Gorski and Alexander Klimaszewski.
Stephanie was a resident of Penns Park for over 81 years; she and her late husband raised their children on the family farm, she recently moved to Langhorne to be near her daughter.
Stephanie was the devoted wife and mother, who embodied her family, they came first, her home was her castle and all were welcome at anytime, even unannounced, and always welcome for supper, even with a minute’s notice.
Stephanie was a communicant of the Church of St. Andrew, Newtown and most recently Our Lady of Grace Church in Penndel. She was a woman of many talents; she loved to play cards with her family and grandchildren, Stephanie was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting and dancing, especially the Polka. Proud of her heritage she supported the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown and their annual festival.
She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
Stephanie is survived by her loving children: A. Lawrence Lingman and his wife Patricia, Charlotte S. Loeffler and her husband Joseph F., She is also survived by her 9 dear grandchildren Michael Lingman (Andrea), Sharon Detweiler (Jonathan), Jennifer Mayle (Stephen), Nancy Lingman, Maryann Gutherman (Charles), David Lingman (Lisa), Joseph Loeffler (Bethany), Laura DeJong (Jonathan) and Joanne Loeffler and 21 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday July 17th from 8:00am to 10:00am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and to her Funeral Mass 11:00am in Our Lady of Grace Church, 225 Bellevue Ave., Penndel.
Interment will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown PA.
