William P. Dimmler of Wycombe, PA died peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2013 at Twining Village Health Care in Holland, PA. He was 92.
He was the beloved husband to the late Marie E. Steiger Dimmler who died six months ago.
Born in Philadelphia, William was the son of the late Carl and Bertha Wuestner Dimmler.
Mr. Dimmler was a proud veteran of the Army who served this country during World War II. He worked with PECO for many years in the dispatch department. He will be greatly missed but always remembered by everyone who has come to know and love him.
William is survived by his loving and devoted children; Paul Fredrick Dimmler and his wife Carol of Warminster and Jean Marie Leverage and her husband Ned of Still Pond, MD. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; Cristina Reilly (Chris) Jennifer and Jeffrey Dimmler, and Taylor and Logan Leverage, and his great grand son Owain Paul Reilly.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday Evening, July 26 from 6:00PM until his funeral service at 7:00PM at the Advent Evangelical Lutheran Church, 45 Worthington Mill Rd (at Route 232) Richboro, PA 18954.
Interment will be private at Sunset Memorial Park in Feasterville.
