Kenneth James Connolly, of Churchville, suddenly passed away on August 26, 2013 surround by his family and friends at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. He was 48.
Born in Abington, he was a son of the Catherine White Connolly and the late Gerard T. Connolly.
Ken was a 1983 graduate of Council Rock High School. He worked in real estate for most of his career, enjoying his position as an appraisal manager. In his eyes, nothing beat a good day at the track or a sunny day at the beach.
He did not need an extensive repertoire of hobbies or memberships, because his family was his life. Ken had a special closeness with his family that can only come with being raised in such a large household. After the birth of his daughter, his family center refocused around her, and his favorite pastime was being together. He was a true family man and will be dearly missed.
In addition to his mother, Ken is survived by his daughter: Katie Connolly; his siblings: Geralyn M. Pfleghaar and her husband Steven, Kathleen M. Smith and her husband Micheal, Gerard T. Connolly, John Patrick. Connolly, Mary Kate Connolly and Keith Glover, Maureen M. DeVincent and her husband Lawrence, KellyAnn M. Connolly and Christopher Gillespie, Meggin Folz and her husband Stephen, Timothy Connolly and his wife Susan, Kevin Connolly and 13 nieces and nephews.
Ken’s family will receive condolences on Friday, August 30, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd.
