Myroslaw “Myron” Mieczkowski, of Ocean View, DE, formerly of Newark, DE, passed away suddenly on September 5, 2013 at his home. He was 64.

Born in Rostki, Poland, he was a son of the late Stanislaw and Genowefa Mieczkowski, and beloved husband of 37 years to Danuta “Donna” Gorska Mieczkowski.

In addition to his wife, Myron is survived by his children: Barbara J. Diemer and her husband George of Medford, NJ, Lela D. Tannenbaum of Doylestown, PA and Chris M. Mieczkowski of Ocean View, DE; his grandchildren: Mia, Allie, Jacob and Sydney; and five sisters. He was preceded in death by four brothers.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) Doylestown, PA 18901.

His Funeral Mass and interment will be private at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa.
