Cynthia Barker of Feasterville died peacefully on Saturday October 12, 2013 at Holy Redeemer Hospice, Meadowbrook. She was 91.

Born in Philadelphia, Cynthia was the beloved wife of the late Alfred J. Barker.

Cynthia’s professional career has spanned over 50 years as a hairdresser with her shops located in Feasterville on Bridgetown Pike and most recently on E. Street Rd. Her dedication to her customers was to be admired, she retired in 2001.

Cynthia is survived by her devoted children; Barry Barker and his wife Janet, Brian Barker and his wife Terry and Cynthia Zengolewicz and her husband Rich. She is also survived by her seven dear grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Cynthia’s family will receive condolences on Friday October 18, 2013 from 9:30am until her Funeral Mass at 10:30am in Assumption B V M, Church 1900 Meadowbrook Rd. Feasterville, PA 19053.

Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Huntingdon Valley.
