Louis C. Cimorelli Sr.
Louis C. Cimorelli Sr., of Doylestown, PA died on Sunday, October 13, 2013, at Doylestown Hospital. He was 68.
He was the beloved husband of Ann Wismer Cimorelli.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Anthony M. and Louise Lanetto Cimorelli.
Louis grew up in Doylestown and was a 1963 graduate of Central Bucks High School. After graduating he worked for a few years before joining the US Navy in 1966. Following his honorable discharge, he returned home and worked with Asplundh Tree Experts for over 17 years before joining CCI, in Ivyland, where he worked for 20 years. Having gained a tremendous amount of practical knowledge throughout his career, and not ready to retire, Louis continued his work with the Upper Dublin school system in their maintenance department until 2011, when he finally retired.
Louis loved the movies and was an avid reader. He enjoyed all types of novels but his favorite authors, John Grisham or Tom Clancy were usually found in his hand. However, if there was a football or hockey game on it was hard for him to pass it up. And more than likely he would be watching one of those games, if not a couple games at one time.
In addition to his wife, Louis is survived by his children, Louis C. Cimorelli Jr. and his wife Ginny of Doylestown and Jean Fluck and her husband Bruce of Coatesville, PA, his brother Anthony M. Cimorelli Jr. and his wife, Peg, of Harleysville, his 2 sisters Ann C. Moran and her husband, Michael, of North Wales and Jeanne T. Mazurek and her husband, Stanley, of Quakertown. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Nicholas, Anna and Benjamin.
His funeral services and interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Doylestown Hospital, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
