Rita C Stack(nee Palma), of South Philadelphia died peacefully on Thursday, October 24 at Chandler Hall in Newtown. She was 86.

Rita was the beloved wife of the late Robert Stack and mother of the late Thomas P. Stack.

She is survived by loving daughters Susan Manegold( Bob) of Cloverdale, CA, and Beth Gavin (Fran) of Woodbury Heights, NJ, and daughter-in-law Susan Stack of Levittown, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren

Born in Philadelphia, Rita was a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia and a faithful parishioner of St. Richard of Chichester Church. She enjoyed sharing her love of Charlie Brown and Snoopy with her grandchildren and creating memories with them that will last forever.

Rita’s family will receive condolences on Monday, November 11 from 10:30am until her Memorial Mass 11:00am at St. Richard’s Church, 3010 South 18th St. Phila. PA 19145. Interment will be private.
