Nancy White Eastburn passed away on December 6, 2013 after 10 happy years at Neshaminy Manor in Doylestown, PA. She was 104 years young.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Robert G. and Anna Bradley White and the sister of the late Helen White Peddle and the late Robertson White.

Nancy was the beloved wife of the late William H. Eastburn II who passed away in 1997 and mother of Gail Eastburn-Schultz of Scarborough, Maine, the late William H. Eastburn III and the late Linda Bradley Eastburn. She was the mother-in-law of Connie A. Eastburn of Doylestown and the late Arthur B. Schultz.

With her engaging charm and a great sense of humor, she was affectionately known as "Nana Banana". She was the grandmother of Page Eastburn O’Rourke of Yarmouth, Maine, Holly Eastburn MacEwan of Falmouth, Maine, William H. Eastburn IV of New Hope, PA, Christopher Eastburn of Arlington, MA and Brooke Eastburn of Charlotte, NC, and great grandmother of twelve.

Nancy and her husband lived in Wayne, PA before moving to Rhode Island. In the summers, family and friends would gather outside her Weekapaug cottage for Nancy's famous clam fritters.

In the mid seventies, they retired to Sun City Center, Florida where Nancy enjoyed playing golf, bridge and flourished as an artist. She won numerous awards for her paintings as well as being president of the Art Club of Sun City Center. She was an active member of the Sun City Center Emergency Squad and in January of 2000 she was named a Deacon of St. Andrew Church in Florida.

The Eastburn family would like to thank the wonderful people at Neshaminy Manor for their warm friendship, enriching activities, and loving care for Nancy. A memorial service to celebrate Nancy’s life is being planned by her family for the near future.
