Myra J. Savich, of Quakertown, PA died on Thursday, March 28, 2019. She was 68.
She was the beloved wife of 28 years to Andrew J. Donohue.
Born in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of Jacqueline (Cox) Light of Jacksonville FL and the late Harry Light.
Myra graduated Hatboro-Horsham High School and attended Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She held many positions in diversified fields of employment until she found her career in Real Estate and has been a licensed realtor for over 30 years in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
Her greatest asset was to reach out to everyone and anyone who may need assistance. She volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, A Woman’s Place, Bucks County Housing Authority and many other agencies and individuals who could use a helping hand.
She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by her daughter Tracy Hicks and her husband Steve of Sellersville, and step-son Andrew J. Donohue, III of Clifton Heights, her sister Tracy Wilson and her husband Kevin of Jacksonville FL. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren; Matthew, Skylar and Sophia, her 2 step-grandchildren; Chelsey and Tyler and her 2 great-grandsons; Carsen and Steven.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 11:00am on Monday, April 8, 2019 in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901. Her family will receive friends following the service. Her interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, and to keep Myra’s spirit of giving alive, the family requests that you do a good deed for someone in need.
