Dolores M. Saunders of Holland died Friday, March 8, 2019 at Abington Hospice at Warminster with her family by her side. She was 87.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Newlin J. Saunders.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Lapachinsky Cavage.

Dolores was a resident of Holland since 1965 and a graduate of Upper Darby High School. She was a Bookkeeper for Wage Lighting in Feasterville with over 20 years of dedicated service. In her leisure time she enjoyed sewing, baking, and was an avid reader and Philadelphia sports fan. Dolores maintained a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and was the number one fan of her grandchildren attending all their sporting events. She was a founding member and communicant of St. Bede the Church in Holland and was deeply rooted in her faith. Dolores will be truly missed by her family and by all who came to know her.

Dolores is survived by her children; Patrick J. Saunders and his wife Joanne of Glenside, Dee M. Chominski and her husband Frank of Holland, and Stephen M. Saunders and his wife Debbie of Holland, and her sister Ann Caracillio of Upper Darby. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and their children; Nicole Blohm, her husband Jeff and their daughters Avery and Everly, Mike Saunders, his wife Gina and their daughter Isabelle, Jessica Rowan, her husband Joe and their sons Liam and Landon, Lindsay DiPierdomenico, her husband Michael Jay and their daughters Lucy and Moira, Erika Markowski, her husband Jeff and their children Mason, Gwen and Zoey, Lauren Walsh and her husband Steven, Stephen Saunders, and Brian Saunders.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass 11:30am on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd., Holland, PA 18966. Her interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
