William F. Lambeck of Warminster passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019 at Doylestown Hospital. He was 78.
Bill was the loving and devoted husband of Joan Ann Blaker Lambeck.
Born in Philadelphia he was a son of the late Gustave and Dorothy (Thile) Lambeck and father of the late Lisa Gray and William Lambeck.
After completing his high school education Bill enlisted in the US Navy and completed 4 years of service. He was employed at Rohm and Haas in Bristol, PA for 35 years and retired in 2000 as a foreman. Following retirement Bill loved to spend his leisure time on the golf course. He was also an avid gardener that liked to share the fruits of his labor with all those he loved. In addition to these hobbies, Bill loved to spend time assisting his children that needed help with their various home improvements projects including a lengthy rebuild of an entire home. He enjoyed working with his hands and his magnitude of skills and knowledge matched no other. As a master carpenter, there didn’t seem a thing he could not accomplish including framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, and beautiful cabinetry making.
In addition to his wife Bill is survived by his children, Cheryl Ledford of Southampton, PA, Diane Lambeck-Riley (Martin) of Langhorne, PA, Barbara Lambeck of Warminster, PA, Steven Lambeck (Kim) of Pigeon Falls, WI, Danielle Lambeck (Jesse) of Trempealeau, WI, Nicole Lambeck-Johnson of Gordon, WI, Annette McDonough (Scott) of Richboro, PA, James Duffy of Pottstown, PA, and Robert Coggins of Fairless Hills, PA. He also leaves behind his brothers Gus Lambeck (Carol), Robert Lambeck (Phyllis); and Carl Lambeck (Sheila); his sister, Dorothy Stevenson (Joe); his 25 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild as well as countless nieces and nephews.
Bill had a heart of gold. He was a devoted husband to his wife, loving father to his children and extraordinary Pop Pop to his grandchildren and great grandchild. He will be sincerely missed by all those that had the pleasure of having him in their lives and his unwavering love is eternal.
Services and interment will be private.
