Barbara M. McInnes of Chalfont passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019.  She was 82.

Barbara was the wife of the late John McInnes and mother of the late Mary Constance Fuss.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Margaret Kennelly Ruland.

Barbara graduated from Little Flower High School and would go on to raise her family before eventually settling down in Bucks County. After her kids were grown she was employed as a banker with the Police & Fire Federal Credit Union where she worked for 20 years until her retirement.

Barbara was an avid reader, especially enjoying countless Agatha Christie mystery novels.  She loved to shop, eat out for lunch and treasured time with her family, especially for Sunday dinners each week which was a tradition that was very important to her.  She will be dearly missed.

Barbara is survived by her children, Suzanne Hanusey (Dan) of Philadelphia, Kathleen Crane of Jenkintown, William Crane (Tony Felicetti) of Philadelphia, and Patricia Feeney (Michael) of Chalfont.  She also leaves behind nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Peg Kelleher (Ed); and many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901 and on Tuesday, February 5^th, 2019 at St. Jude Church, 321 W. Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA 18914 from 9:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.  Her interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
