Frances A. Sabatini of Newtown died Sunday, January 27, 2019 at her daughters home surrounded by her loving family. She was 89.
Frances was the beloved wife of 60 years to the late Louis J. Sabatini.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Genaro and Anna Rucci Sorge, the mother of the late Marianne Heebner, mother in law of the late Frank Heebner and the sister of the late Michael and John Sorge.
Frances was a former resident of Plymouth Meeting before moving to Newtown in 1995. She was a communicant of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Newtown and had volunteered countless hours of her time with the American Red Cross. Her unwavering compassion was exuded thru her devout dedication and care of her loved ones.
Frances is survived by her children, Michele Petrillo and her husband Dr. Charles Petrillo of Washington Crossing, PA and Dr. John Sabatini and his wife Gabriella of Wrightstown. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Christian, Gabriele, Brianna, Jessica, Erica, Cal, Catherine and Giavonna and her many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings, Thursday, January 31st from 6:00-8:00pm and on Friday Feb.1st from 8:30-9:30am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am in the St. Andrew Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
