James Jones passed away peacefully with family present on January 14, 2019 in Newtown, PA. He was 93.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the beloved husband of the late Agnes Rogers Jones for 70 years, and son to the late Clyde and Anna Wasson Jones.

James was a former resident of Iselin N.J., later moving to Texas before settling in Yardley PA in 1994. He worked his entire career in the railroad industry as an accountant. He traveled extensively with his wife Agnes and loved cruising.

He proudly served his country in the Coast Guard during WWII. James was a cherished Father and Grandfather who loved his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

James is survived by his two loving children; Deborah Agnes Jones and James Jones and his wife Denise, as well as his two grandchildren; Christopher Jones and Stephanie and Carmen Napoli.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 11:00 AM until his Funeral Service 12:30 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954. His interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
