Martha M. Fryslin of Chalfont passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her home in New Seasons at New Britain. She was 97.

Martha was the loving wife of the late Bolick Fryslin with whom she had shared 30 years of marriage prior to his passing.

Born in Ranshaw, PA she was a daughter of the late Walter and Antoinette Karpinski.

Martha spent her early years in her hometown of Ranshaw, PA before making her way to Philadelphia where she and her husband raised their three children. Known for her “star cookies”, she enjoyed baking, playing cards and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of loving her.

Surviving are her children, John Fryslin (Lois) of Spring House, PA, Carole Ann Thomas (the late Ray) of Doylestown, PA, and Vincent Fryslin (Regina) of Maple Shade, NJ . She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Martha was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901 and to her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Jude Church, 321 W. Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA 18914. Her interment will follow in St. Dominic’s Cemetery, Philadelphia.
