Mary T. Adams of Richboro, PA died peacefully on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Buckingham Valley Nursing and Rebab Center in Newtown, PA. She was 77.
Mary was the beloved wife of 24 years to Richard M. Adams.
Born in Coventry, England, she immigrated to the United States in 1963, and she was the daughter of the late Patrick J. Griffin and Brigett Folan, and sister of the late Margaret Parsons of Coventry England.
Mary was a longtime resident of the Richboro, PA and worked numerous jobs as a bookkeeper/secretary for many companies.
Mary enjoyed many things in life, especially the birth of her grandson Patrick. She always enjoyed having pets around, mainly cats, and has had numerous cats and dogs throughout her lifetime. She was always ready and willing to help anyone, especially any pets or animals in need. She also enjoyed knitting and other crafts.
She really enjoyed Celtic (Irish) dancing when she was able to, and would always go out dancing, enjoying the songs and the music. She also enjoyed listening to Country music performed by several local singers.
She demonstrated her love through words and deeds for her family and friends. She tried to help out anyone who needed her help or just needed an ear to listen.
Mary would be truly missed by all who had the pleasure of loving and knowing her.
Mary is survived by her three sons, Michael of New Britain, PA, Robert of Richboro, PA and James of Lewistown, PA and his wife Dawn and her grandson Patrick, and her brother Patrick of Coventry England, and her son in law Robert Parsons and her niece Jacqueline.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 10:00 am until her Funeral Mass 11:00 am on Friday, December 14th, 2018 at St. Bede the Venerable Parish, 1071 Holland Rd, Holland, PA. Herinterment will be private.
