Grace Emilie Foggia of Warwick passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 surrounded by her loving family at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.  She was 65.

Grace was the beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Foggia with whom she had shared 39 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Ervin D. and Grace E. Krause.

Having possessed a life-long passion for animals, Grace entered the pet care industry with drive and determination following her graduation from George Washington High School in Philadelphia.  She began her career with the former Bethayres Kennel before moving to the Richboro Animal Inn, where she served as the manager for over 30 years, quickly becoming a familiar and friendly face to patrons.  Grace always felt fortunate to spend six days of the week doing a job she loved , and for her it never truly felt like work at all.

Grace was a simple woman.  She enjoyed dinners out with her husband and spent much of her time caring for others around her.  Whether it was annual holiday basket deliveries or just a simple phone call to see how you were, it was clear that she always put others before herself.  She was compassionate and caring to all and would lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Grace also enjoyed caring for her home and gardens, a place where she welcomed friends and family with home cooked meals and lots of love.

She will be dearly missed as the best sister, Godmother, aunt, and friend that anyone could ever ask for.

Surviving are her sister, Paula Sinclair and her husband, David and niece, Nicolette; and cousins, Alan, Julie and Justin Leonard; as well as countless other cousins, nieces, and nephews; and her beloved Poodle, Arabella.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her K-9 companion (daughter), April.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather with Grace’s family on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 1:00 PM until her Memorial Service at 2:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954.  Her interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Bucks County SPCA, P.O. Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
