Geraldine Graham Hunter, RN died peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Monday, November 5, 2018. She was 68.

Geraldine was the beloved wife of 32 years to Thomas Walter Hunter.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Ruth Toadvine Graham.

Geraldine was dedicated to attending to the well being of the patients of the Jefferson Heart Institute and was proud of being part of the care team there.  She enjoyed the many vacations she shared with friends and most especially the ones she shared with children and grandchildren.  Geraldine will be greatly missed, but she will be eternally loved by everyone who has had the pleasure to have been a part of her life.

In addition to her husband Thomas, Geraldine is survived by her loving children and their spouses: Danielle Conroy and Christian of Feasterville, James Hunter and Heather of Feasterville, and Gregory Hunter and Jennifer of Holland.  She is also survived by her 10 dear grandchildren and her sisters Cookie Plenzick and Debbie Coonelly.

Geraldine’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 14th  from 11:00 a.m. until her Funeral Service 12:30 at the North and Southampton Reformed Church, 1380 Bristol Road, Southampton, PA 18966.  Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
