Maria “Edith” Porsia, of Doylestown, PA died on Monday, October 8, 2018, at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 95.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edward R. Porsia.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Anna Teti Piccone and mother of the late Patricia Reese who died on October 4, 2018.

She is survived by her daughter Diana Porisa of Deland, FL, Her son in law Tom Reese of Doylestown, three grandchildren Thomas D. Reese Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Dublin, Michael Reese and his wife Christine of Lambertville, NJ, Jonathan Reese of Morrisville and three great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Gemma and Jackson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Graveside Service 2:30 PM at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 South Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
