August J. Zuno, longtime Bucks County resident, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 09, 2018 at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Langhorne. He was 90 years old.

He was the beloved husband of the late Gail E. Astbury Zuno, who died in February of this year.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the youngest child of the late Francesco and Maria Gervasio Zuno.

August was a hardworking provider for his family, working two full-time jobs for many years. He was employed with Patterson Paper Company for 28 years, until the business closed and then worked with GM in Trenton for another 20 years. During this time, he also worked as a housepainter. While he was a strong man, he had a huge soft spot for his family. Time spent together as a family was a priority and he enjoyed every moment spent with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

August is survived by his children, Thomas and Joanne Zuno, Maria and Ed Ralff, and August and Theresa Zuno; his grandchildren, Christina and Matt Penge, Zachary and Carly Zuno, Eddie and Marie Ralff, Salvatore Ralff and Jessica Ghegan, August Zuno, Jenna Marie Zuno, Grace Zuno, Michaella Zuno and Giuseppe Zuno; and his three great grandchildren, Isabella Penge, Ezra Zuno and Finn Zuno; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are invited to attend August’s graveside Committal Service on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 10:00am at All Saints Cemetery, 2914 W. Durham Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.
