Ted Andrew Kirchner, passed away after a long illness on Friday, October 5, 2018. He was 64 years old.
Ted was a graduate of Villanova University, and Villanova University Law School, where he met and married his best friend and beloved wife Lydia Diaz Kirchner. They were married for 41 years. He will be dearly missed by his daughter Vanessa, son Brian and his wife, Kaitlyn, son Thomas Kerfoot, and his husband PJ DiGiacomo.
He was the beloved son of the late Theodore E. Kirchner and Mary Joan Kirchner, and Son-In-Law of the late Rafael Diaz.
Ted came from a large and loving family and is survived by his brothers, John and his wife Cindy, Jake and his wife Diane, Paul and his wife Joni, Bo and his wife Allison, Tim and his sister, Joan. He had many nieces and nephews, and was excited about the birth of the newest Kirchner great nieces and nephews. Ted will be dearly missed by his mother-in-law Hilda Diaz, sister-in-law Hilda Luciano and her husband Robert, and his nephews and Luciano great nephews and niece.
Ted was an avid golfer, played many sports and a devoted fan of the Eagles and Phillies. He was happy to live in beautiful Bucks County.
Visitors are invited to join his family in celebration of Ted's life on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm, and again from 6:00-8:00pm at Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 12 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 235 E. State St. Doylestown, PA 18901. His interment will take place privately.

Ted received exceptional care over 8 years at Doylestown Hospital and came to know his caregivers and was so grateful for his many outstanding doctors.
