After a life well lived, Richard J. of Holland passed away peacefully on August 1st, 2018. He was 90 years old.
He grew up in Philadelphia, the son of Domenick and Philomena Falcione. Richard graduated from Central High School and attended Drexel University before enlisting in the Army during WWII. He worked with his Father and Uncle at Falcione Bros. Construction and then was owner of Complete Auto Service. He was a long-time member and past president of Torresdale- Frankford Country Club. He loved his wife, his family, a great cigar, golf and a good game of pinochle.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Elaine of 65 years and is survived by his 9 children, Barbara Haas (late Alan), Richard Falcione Jr, (Diane), Domenick Falcione (Anthony), Linda Griggs (late John), Gina Regaldi (late Nicholas), Madalyn Trentalange (Vincent), Phyllis Trentalange (Anthony), Elena Marques (Anthony) and Alfred Falcione. He was “Pop Pop” to 21 grand-children and 15 great-grand-children. He is also survived by his sister Matilda Di Bello. He is loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Richard’s family will receive condolences on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 9:30 AM until his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Bede the Venerable Church 1071 Holland Rd., Holland. Int. Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
