Regina M. Cawley, formerly of Newtown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Neshaminy Manor Home. She was 87.

Born in Philadelphia, Regina was the beloved wife to the late Thomas A. Cawley Sr., and daughter to the late Howard and Margaret Theveny Bell.

Regina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  Nothing gave her greater joy than being with her family.  She was an active member of Central Bucks Special Friends and participated in every event with her beloved son Christopher.  Regina was a member of the choir at St. Andrews Catholic Church for many years and was overjoyed to travel to Rome to sing for Pope John Paul II. Regina loved gardening, baking, and hosting Sunday dinners for her family.

Regina will always be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness.  She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

Regina is survived by her loving children and their spouses; Kathleen Galeone and her husband Greg, Thomas A. Cawley Jr., and his wife Denise, Lisa Toscano and her late husband Steve, and Christopher Cawley, as well as her sister Patricia Campbell and her husband James and her 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Monday, August 6, 2018 from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd., Newtown, PA 18940. Her interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
