Vincent P. Carroll of the Somerton section of Northeast Philadelphia died peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Holy Redeemer Hospice, Meadowbrook, PA.  He was 84.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Thomas and Anna Frain Carroll.

Vincent was a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, Class of 1952.  He worked for 25 years in the consumer discount profession. He also worked in auto sales for 10 years with Keats Ford in Trenton, NJ and 15 years for Bill Marsh Ford in Newtown, PA.  He was an avid reader and always enjoyed traveling.  Family came first and foremost in his life and being a grandfather was very important to him.  Over the years, he freely gave of his time on a weekly basis to Assumption B.V.M. Church in Feasterville and also to St. Michael Church in Levittown, PA.

Vincent is survived by his children, Ellen Gallo (Anthony), Lisa Carroll, Marianne McQuaid (Francis), Peter Carroll, James Carroll (Deborah), Celeste Augustin (Stephan) and Paul Carroll ( late Taylor) and brother of late Thomas Carroll(late Mildred), late John Carroll (Marion), late Henry Carroll (late Joan), late Joseph Carroll (Beatrice), Patricia Hahn( late Joseph), late Mary Harkins (late Neil).  He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

His family will receive condolences on Friday, August 3, 2018, from 9:30 AM until his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road, Feasterville, PA 19053.  Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
