Carl Andrew Lahetta, of Doylestown, PA died peacefully on Thursday, July 26, 2018, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 53 years old.

Born in Lawton, OK, Carl was the son of Marcy Lee Woolgar Lahetta and the late Carl Adrian Lahetta. Carl lived in Ohio for his childhood and moved to NJ where he met the love of his life Suzanne and married in 1991. They first lived in Westfield NJ and have currently lived in Doylestown for the past 19 years where they raised their four beautiful children, Meredith, Sean, Jacob & Mia.

Carl received his undergraduate and master's degree from Rutgers  University. The bulk of Carl's career was in the IT field with his most recent employer, Tata Consultancy Services.  Carl was very involved with For Pete Sake, a cancer respite organization as well as The Adventure Princess and Guides.

Family and friends meant everything to Carl. Nothing brought him more joy then spending time with those he loved. Whether it was hitting the slopes, swimming at the beach or enjoying a backyard barbecue with beer or wine  in hand.

In addition to his loving wife and beloved mother, Carl is survived by his children, whom he cherished more than anything: Meredith, Sean, Jacob and Mia Lahetta. Carl will be greatly missed by his brother, Michael Lahetta as well as family members and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend Carl’s visitation on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 4:30 pm until a Time of Remembrance to begin at 7:30 pm, at the Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. New Britain, PA 18901. Visitation will also take place on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 10:00 am, until the start of his Funeral Mass, 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 235 E. State St. Doylestown, PA 18901. Carl’s interment will take place privately, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lahetta family for his children's education or Carl's go fund me account.
