James P C Piau of Richboro went to be with His Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was 71. James was the devoted husband of 44 years to Alice Liang Piau. Born in Taiwan, he emigrated to the United States in 1973 and moved to Richboro in 1987.

A graduate of National Taiwan University and Temple University, James worked at Norristown State Hospital as a Social Worker and Administrator in the Forensic Psychology Unit for over 30 years.

James was extremely dedicated to his family, church, and neighbors. He loved cooking, playing golf, and taking walks in the neighborhood. His main delight was seeing his children, Angie and Vincent, excel and later spending time with his 4 grandchildren. James was a caring and considerate husband, father, and friend. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

James leaves behind his wife, Alice, daughter, Angie and her husband Larry, son, Vincent and his wife Constance. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Adam, Jacob, Emmeline, and Jeremy.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 9:30am until his Celebration of Life Service at 10:30am on Saturday, May 5^th at Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
