Stanley N. Esposito of Upper Gwynedd passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 with his family by his side at Arden Courts in King of Prussia. He was 78.
Stanley was the loving and devoted husband of 29 years of Brunhilda “Bonnie” Gauss Esposito.
Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Patsy and Alvina DeFazio Esposito.
Stan graduated from Bensalem High School and attended Drexel University. He went on to lead a long career with the Budd Company, retiring from the role of Plant Superintendent after 25 years.
Stan was a car fanatic and was passionate about antique car restorations, especially Corvettes. While in high school he was a talented Football player and later in life enjoyed all types of sports. He also loved to fix things and handily tackled all sorts of repair jobs around the house and on his cars.
Most importantly Stan will be remembered for his kind and easy going nature and for having a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by the many whose lives he’s touched.
In addition to his wife, Stanley is survived by his children, Stanley Esposito Jr (Jill), Nicholas Esposito, and Michael Esposito (Jennifer); his step-daughters Christine Hansbarger (Roger) of Hilltown, Helene Santillo (Matthew) of Woolwich Twp. NJ, and Pamela Melchionna (Joseph) of Clark, NJ; his sister-in-law, Barbara Achor (Ronald) of Hamilton, OH his Brother-in-law, Albert Gauss (Ellen) of Barnegat, NJ; his six grandchildren and six step-grandchildren; and his sister, Pamela Congdon (Edward) of Langhorne.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 2:30 PM in the Chapel at Beulah Cemetery, 238 Almshouse Road, New Britain, PA 18901. His interment will follow in the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St., Ste. 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
