Elizabeth Costanzo of Newtown passed away peacefully on April 13, 2018 with her loving family by her side at St. Mary Medical Center.  She was 86.

Born in Philadelphia she was the youngest of five daughters of the late Francis X. and Helen Brogan Gallagher.

A graduate of Nazareth Academy she went on to lead a long career in office management in the medical field spending much of her career with a large OB-GYN practice in Philadelphia.  Following retirement she volunteered with St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne and also enjoyed gardening and travelling.

Elizabeth possessed a steadfast devotion to her family and will be remembered as a loving mother who was a strong and positive influence for her children.  She was easy going, fun loving, and overall one of the best people you could ever meet.

Her children will miss her beautiful smile, sense of humor & laughter, and how she was always there to help guide their path no matter what.  She will be missed but never forgotten.

Elizabeth leaves behind her long time companion and fiancé Joseph Moore and his family.

Additionally, she is survived by her children, John Costanzo of Fairless Hills, Marianne McCole of Jamison, Paul Costanzo and his partner, Richard Mignon, of Chalfont, Mark Costanzo and his wife, Mary Beth of Morrisville, James Costanzo of Southampton, and Michael Costanzo and his wife, Maryellen of Southampton. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Vincent Costanzo (Monika), Danielle Costanzo, Kerry McCole (Andy McDowell), David Costanzo (Natalie), and Christopher, Cole, and Chase Costanzo; and her great-grandson, Cam Costanzo.
