Anne M. Oswalt of New Hope passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Abington-Jefferson Health Hospice in Warminster surrounded by her loving family.  She was 90.

Anne was the loving wife of the late Richard F. Oswalt Sr.

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna Roth Semmet.

Anne graduated from Little Flower High School with the class of 1945.  She was entirely devoted to her family and creating a warm and welcoming home for those she loved and when given the chance she would try to squeeze in time watching her favorite Soaps. She was frugal, regimented and extremely sweet and down to earth.  She never complained, was gracious to all who knew her, and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are Anne’s children, Barbara Jones of New Hope, Richard F. Oswalt Jr. and his wife, Annmarie, of Allentown, Nancy Oswalt of Middletown, PA and Patti Walton and her husband, Ken, of Ottsville.  She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and her cousin, Elfrieda Howard.  Anne was also eagerly anticipating the arrival of great-grandchild number nine.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown, PA 18902.  Her interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Abington-Jefferson Health Hospice, 225 Newtown Rd., 3rd Floor, Warminster, PA 18974.
