Mary Louise Jennings of Sellersville died Friday, April 6, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was 77.
Mary Louise was the beloved wife of 54 years to William J. Jennings.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Catherine Brown Rever, stepdaughter of Thomas Farris.
Mary Louise was a former resident of Newtown for 43 years before recently moving to Sellersville. She was a communicant of the Church of St. Andrew in Newtown and had worked for many years in Quality Control at Gary Electronics. In her leisure, she enjoyed crocheting afghans and working word puzzles. Mary Louise true joy was the quality times she spent with family especially her treasured children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who came to know her.
Mary Louise is survived by her children; William J. Jennings III and his wife Judy of Sellersville, Thomas L. Jennings of Dublin, Teresa M. Schupp of Doylestown and Mary Louise Welhaf and her husband Richard of Colmar. She is also survived by her brothers and sister, Raymond Rever of Philadelphia, Thomas Farris of Philadelphia, Matthew Farris of Mt. Laurel, NJ, her sister Peggy Rispo of Philadelphia and her brother-in-law George Mennig of Colmar. She is also survived by her eight cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Christine, Olivia, Richie, Ryan, Sydney, Joey, and Jason and 1 great grandchild, Aubrey and her special companion Jake.
Mary Louise is preceded in death by two sisters, Kathleen George and Helen Rever.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass 11:00am on Tuesday, April 10th in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940. Mary Louise’s interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne.
