Cecelia ‘Cis’ Mazzella of Palm Harbor died Wednesday, March 20, 2018 at SunCoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Florida surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was 62.

Cecelia was the beloved wife of 44 years Francesco Mazzella. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Cecelia was the beloved daughter of the late John and Cecelia Muir Phillips.

Cecelia was a former resident of Newtown, Pennsylvania before moving to Palm Harbor, Florida.  Before moving to Palm Harbor Florida Cecelia was a teacher at Dipolvere Nursery School in New Jersey and Our Lady of Grace School in Pennsylvania. Cecelia dearly loved her friends and family, and enjoyed traveling to Pennsylvania and New Jersey for special occasions and holidays. Cecelia enjoyed traveling, cooking, gardening and helping others.

In addition to her beloved husband Francesco, Cecelia is survived by her children, Francesco Mazzella Jr. and his wife Donna of Chalfont, Christopher Mazzella and his wife Lindsey of Edgewater Park, NJ and Jenna Rae Mazzella of Palm Harbor.  Cecelia is also survived by her 6 dear grandchildren: Benjamin, Justin, Lucas, Caeli, Rocco, and Lucia, brothers Jack Phillips (Jessie) and Neil Phillips, her sisters Veronica Mulrine (George) and Ellen Cline (Ernest) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings from   6:00-8:00 pm on Monday, April 2nd and from 8:30am-9:15 am on Tuesday, April 3rd in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 followed by her Funeral Mass 10:00 am in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940. Cecelia’s interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery in Newtown.
