Agnes Anna Matulis of Richboro died Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Manor Care Health Services in Yardley. She was 95.

Agnes was the beloved wife of the late Albert J. Matulis.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Veronica Ballucharta Andrulis

Agnes was a former resident of Northeast Philadelphia from 1958 until she moved to Richboro in 2013. She was caretaker to everyone which included her neighbors and especially her cherished family. Agnes enjoyed her summers by the pool and often tried her hand in many a game of chance at the casinos. Paramount in her life was the quality times she spent with her grandchildren and her family. Agnes will be deeply missed by everyone who came to know and love her.

Agnes is survived by her children, Alberta Morris and her husband Henry of Bensalem and Albert P. Matulis and his wife Denise of New Hope. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, Richard, Kristy, Kenneth, Katelyn, Jason, Carolyn, Danielle and Albert and her 17 great grandchildren.

Agnes was preceded in death by her 1 brother, 4 sisters and her daughter Angela A Metzger.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 11:00am until her Funeral Mass 12:00pm on Tuesday, February 20th in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA. Agnes’s interment will follow at 1:30pm in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
