William J. “Pop” Heller on February 13th, 2018, Heaven opened its gates to a beautiful soul with a singing voice that no one will forget.

Born in Philadelphia, William J. Heller, more affectionately known as “Pop”, made an incredible impact on everyone who knew him. Pop devoted his life to his family, his country, and anyone who wanted to swim in the pool, learn how to turn a wrench or strum the guitar. His home was open to all. As an operating engineer, he took pride in the work he and his fellow members of IUOE Local 542 completed on some of the most iconic structures in the Delaware Valley.

He was a loving husband to the late Gail Heller, and is survived by his four children Linda and her husband Dave, Thomas Jr. and his wife Rose, Tina and her partner Alan, and William and his partner Anita; his ten grandchildren Kevin and his wife Jean, Alexander and his wife Roxanna, Shannon and her husband Kyle, Cameron, Sean, Thomas III, Holly, Danielle, Alexis and William; and his three great-grandchildren Ian, Sloane and Luke.

Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of Pop’s life at 8:00am on Monday, Feb. 19 at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd (at Holland Rd.)  Richboro, PA 18954.  Interment will follow promptly at 10:30am, at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
