Anna Fogarty of Holland died Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Pickering Manor Home in Newtown. She was 94.

Anna was the beloved wife of the late John P. “Jack” Fogarty.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Jacob  and Madeleine Preston Marhoefer and the sister of the late Rita Steele.

Mrs. Fogarty was a resident of Holland since 2008 and formerly lived in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia for 60 years.

Anna will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and by all who came to know her.

Anna is survived by her five children, John P. Fogarty, Joyce A. Wasko (the late Leon), Ronald J. Fogarty, Andrea T. Cook and her husband , Richard, and Tina A. Ford and her husband, Richard. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends on Thursday, January 25th, from 10:00am until her Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966. Entombment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in Feasterville.
