Doris Ann “Dee” McCafferty of Holland passed away peacefully on Sunday, Janaury 21, 2018 at her home with her loving family and friends by her side.  She was 76.

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Harry J. and Doris Gough Lafferty.

Dee attended Gwynedd Mercy College, earning her Associates Degree in Business.  She went on to own and operate “Dee’s Auto Tags” in Langhorne and later worked for the NADE Auto Auction in Bordentown, NJ.

Dee was a parishioner of St. Bede the Venerable Church in Holland.  She enjoyed travelling with family and friends and cooking and entertaining.  Most recently, although she experienced some limitations, she greatly looked forward to her weekly Happy Hours with her girlfriends at various local restaurants.

Dee will be dearly missed as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many.

Surviving are her children, Maureen Ricco and her husband, Jay, of Holland, Eileen McCafferty, of Fairless Hills, and Gerald McCafferty of Pinellis Park, FL.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren, John & Geoff Ricco, Rachel McCafferty, and Patrick Milligan.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 12:00 PM until her Memorial Service at 1:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954.  Her interment will be held privately.
