Brandon C. Jones of Furlong passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 1, 2018.  He was 32.

Born in Doylestown, PA he was the son of David R. and Kathryn M. McCulley Jones and the loving and devoted fiancé of Kelsey Harris.

Brandon graduated from Central Bucks East High School before attending William Paterson University. He later attained his Associates Degree in Music Education from Bucks County Community College.  He was most recently employed as a teacher for the Music Training Center in Ardmore, PA.  Teaching children music was his greatest passion.  He had great pride in watching them learn and grow at their craft.

Gifted with a natural aptitude for the arts, he was a talented guitarist, entertainer, songwriter and artist from early childhood into adulthood. He had previously performed with the bands “The Rockets” and “Eleven Eleven”.  He enjoyed long nature hikes with his friends and family. Brandon also enjoyed traveling to Colorado and fell in love with the beauty and serenity of the mountains and wilderness.

Most of all, Brandon will be remembered for his heart of gold.  He helped anyone in need and possessed an incredible amount of patience and a spirit which warmed the hearts of all who knew and loved him.  He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

In addition to his parents and his fiancée, he is survived by his brothers, Nathan D. Jones and his wife, Stephanie-Marie and Christian R. Jones; his beloved niece and nephew, Evelyn Marie and Declan Thomas as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Arrangements for a Celebration of Life are pending and will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a scholarship will be established in his name at his alma mater Central Bucks East High School to continue to grow his gift of music and teaching in the next generations.  Donations can be sent to:  The Brandon C. Jones Music Education Scholarship at P.O. Box 1124 Doylestown, PA 18901.
