Jean (Harper) Intartaglia of Newtown, PA died peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 31, 2017, at Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown. 

Born in Syracuse, NY on October 28, 1950, Jean was the beloved wife of Tony Intartaglia for the past 30 years, devoted daughter of the late William F. and Ruth Shandley Harper.

Jean was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School, in Syracuse, class of 1967; she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Maria Regina College, Syracuse, class of 1971. Jean was the co-founder of Work Place Environments, of Plymouth Meeting, PA.  The company was founded with her business partner and friend, Sherri Krensel, in the year 2000 and recently sold the successful business, in 2017 and retired in December 2017.

Jean was a communicant of St. Andrews for the past 24 years, she loved to play tennis, workout with her trainer, travel & vacation when possible, but most of all spend quality time with her loving family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved husband Tony, their son, Nicholas, her two sons; Brett Darchuk and his wife Sarah, Edward Darchuk, Jr. and his wife Melissa, and one sister, Mary Nadeau.  She is also survived by her four grandchildren; Colin, Aidan, Sophia and Sonny, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday January 5, 2018 at the Church of St. Andrew 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, from 9:45am until her Funeral Mass 11:45 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Newtown. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 3810.
