Janet D. Neely of Southampton passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at Abington Hospice in Warminster. She was 84.

Janet was the beloved wife of 63 years to Thomas Neely Jr.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late George and Mildred Neuman Caddick.

Janet enjoyed spending time with her family, especially on vacations to the mountains and a special beach trip for her 50th wedding anniversary. She was an active member of her church, volunteering her time in the kitchen by organizing meals for special functions. She loved to sew, take care of her garden, and make animal pancakes for her grandchildren.

In addition to her beloved husband, Thomas, Janet is survived by her children, Thomas Neely and his wife Christina of North Wales, Denise Matulis and her husband Albert of New Hope and Wendy Greiner and her husband Joseph of Warminster. She is also survived by her sister, Lois Bartlett of Warrington, 8 grandchildren Carolyn (Kevin), Albert (Rachel), Danielle (David), Nicole (Brad), Thomas, Samantha, Joseph Jr. and Kerri and 8 great grandchildren Ryan, Micah, Kelsey, Brooke, Abigail, Miles, Jonah and Avery.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings, Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 6:00-8:00pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and on Wednesday, January 3, 2018  from 9:30am until her Funeral Service 10:30am in the Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 808 Red Lion Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115. Janet’s interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
