Barbara Sue Smith, of Doylestown, died on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Neshaminy Manor Home. She was 80.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the oldest of six children to the late John of and Emmaline Weiss Lindtner and sister of the late John Lindtner.

Barbara lived in Latrobe, Reading, Philadelphia, before moving to Doylestown in 2010.  She worked as a Dental Receptionist for over 20 years throughout the area.  She was a long time active and faithful member of Calvary Memorial Church where she happily filled in wherever they needed help.

Barbara had a great eye for beauty and loved to capture that beauty in her pictures.  However, more than anything, Barbara cherished being a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children Barbara McNulty and her husband Don of Doylestown and Robert Smith of Holland, her 4 sisters Eleanor, Carol, Eileen and Patricia.  She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren; Bob, Chris and Joey, her 4 great-grandchildren; Ava, Kiera and Everett and Sadie and her former husband Robert Smith Sr.

Her family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday evening, December 7, 2017 from 6:00PM until her Funeral Service 7:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 East Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901.  Her interment will be held at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Calvary Memorial Church, 7200 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19149.
