Albert W. Moser Jr. of Richboro passed away peacefully on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Arden Courts of Warminster. He was 81.
Al was the loving and devoted husband of 38 years to Nancy Cunniff King Moser.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Albert W. and Helen Moser and brother of the late Mary Jane.
Al graduated from Lincoln High School before going on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance from the then Drexel Institute of Technology.
Al had a long career with R.D. Bitzer Company, Inc., retiring from the role of treasurer after 42 years.
Al was an avid reader and history buff, and he could often be counted on for the right answer to any question about history. He was a Boy Scout Leader at Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church and a basketball coach for the youth of Mayfair. Al loved to travel and vacation with his wife and family and he also enjoyed time spent on the golf course with his close friends.
Above all else, Al was devoted to his wife and his family, having treasured countless “Friday night dates” with his wife, cultivating their appreciation for fine dining. He will be dearly missed as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Lynn Minderlein and her husband, Robert, and Christina Vanho and her husband, Michael. He also leaves behind his adoring grandchildren, Shannah Minderlein and James, Bryan and Alex Vanho; his sisters, Peggy (Rev. Edwin), Betty (Frank) and Cathy; and his niece and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Monday, December 4th from 11:30 AM until his Funeral Service 12:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954. His interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Richboro.
