Barbara A. Fesmire passed away on October 10, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. She was 87.
She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Warren Fesmire for 48 years; and loving mother of the late Stephen Warren, and her twin daughters, Susan Elaine and Nancy Jean.
Born in Woburn, MA, she was the daughter of the late George Warren and Sarah Ann (MacEachen) McKee.
Barbara moved to Yardley in 1943. After graduating from Cathedral High School, Barbara attended Felt and Tarrant Comptometer School. She is a former member of the Yardley Junior Civic Club, the Yardley Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, the Newtown Junior Century Club, the Newtown Fire Association Ladies Auxiliary, the Newtown Historic Association, and the Community Welfare Council of Newtown. Barbara was also a member of the Cathedral High School Alumni Association.
Family trips to the beach, vacations to Aruba with Stanley, and a poolside cocktail with her neighbors were some of her favorite moments.
Barbara is survived by her two sons, Ronald A. (Wendy) and William M.; her two grandchildren, Gwen and AJ; her nephew David (Karen Lee) and niece Karen Gayle (Fenton Dungan).
The family would like to thank Dr. Wendy Attadgie and the staff at Attadgie Chiropractic Wellness Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Chandler Hall Hospice Care and Dave O’Brien for his TLC.
Barbara’s family will receive condolences on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Her interment will take place privately.
