A. Louise Rathgeber (Goss)
Louise Rathgeber, a long time resident of Bucks County, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Buckingham Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was 95.
She was the beloved wife of the late Albert J. Rathgeber and mother of the late Patricia C. Warner.
Born in Fox Creek, VA she was the daughter of the late Lyda and Etta Mae Cornet Goss.
Mrs. Rathgeber was an active part of her community, having previously owned Ann’s Place Coffee Shop in Wrightstown and she was very active with the Altar Guild for Family of God Lutheran Church. Additionally was a member of Soroptomist International of Indian Rock, enjoyed sewing, and was known for her willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. She will be missed.
Surviving are her children, Zelda C. Almonrode and Jesse L. Jones (Brenda). She also leaves behind her nine grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Breece, Gwyn, and Nell Goss and Wanda Woodrow.
In addition to her husband and daughter, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and Vernon Goss and Jack Frances.
Services and interment will be private.
