Catherine C. Frayne of Philadelphia and formerly of Bucks and Montgomery Counties died peacefully on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her residence. She was 71.

She was the beloved wife of 46 years to late Walter J. Frayne

Born in Philadelphia, Cathy was the daughter of the late Newton Russell Rutter Sr. and Catherine Cecelia Foy Rutter.

Cathy worked for many years with Medcomp Martech and served as their Director of Human Resources.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially cherishing time spent with her grandchildren.  Cathy will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she enhanced with her love. Cathy is survived by her children, Deborah Bosliovich and her husband, Michael of Ellicott City, Md., Cathryn Sammons of Philadelphia, and Walter Frayne and his wife, Diane of Chuluota, Florida. She also is survived by her five dear grandchildren, Juliet, Ethan, and Katie Bosilovich, and Rebecca and Alexander Frayne, and her brothers: Newton R., Jr. and John J. Rutter.

Cathy's family will receive condolences on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 5:00PM until her memorial service 6:00PM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will be private in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
