Neal A. Hayes Sr., of Doylestown, PA died on Thursday, April 3, 2014, at his home with his wife by his side. He was 87.

He was the beloved husband of 65 years to Lois M. Batdorf Hayes.

Born in Beach Haven, NJ, he was the son of the late Halbert H. and Clara Belle Hayes.

In addition to his beloved wife he is survived by his loving daughters; Valerie and Fred Berkobin of Doylestown and Donna and Doug Smith of Perkasie.

His graveside service with military honors, will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Doylestown Hospital Hospice, 595 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
