Phyllis G. Hazard BSN, RN of Trevose died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 4, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 80.

          Phyllis was the beloved wife of 52 years to Robert Hazard.

          Born in Hatfield PA, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Helen Nace Frankenfield.

          Phyllis graduated from Abington School of Nursing and then from the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Phyllis will be greatly missed and eternally loved as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.         

          In addition to her husband Robert, Phyllis is survived by her loving daughter Gail L. Geehring and her husband Michael and her dear grandsons Sean P. Boyer and Zachary A. Geehring.

          Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life at 11:00am on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in Somerton United Methodist Church, 13073 Bustleton Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19116.  Interment will be private.

          In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Somerton United Methodist Church at the aforementioned address.
